“64 SOUTH MAIN” HISTORIC RENOVATION AND ADDITIONS

This renovation included restoring the facade facing Main Street with the removal of non-historic bay windows installed for a previous retail use. The upstairs apartments in the main building feature restored pine floors and cathedral ceilings. The main floor houses an art gallery with new apartments above in the “ell”. More apartments are located to the rear in a newly constructed “barn” style addition.
